Hormone and weight loss coaching client Julie learns the power of protein, moderation and consistency.

I've known Julie since 2000 and she's one of my favorite people on earth. An awesome mom, successful business professional and one of the funniest ladies I've ever met...she contacted me because she struggled with the same things many women do in their 40s and into their 50s. What has always worked is no longer working. She didn't feel like herself, she was frustrated and she needed some guidance.
After completing 7 weeks of my Hormone Balance and Weight Loss virtual program, Julie went from a size 12 to a size 8 and is feeling confident and sassy and fabulous. She followed her plan consistently and put in the work and it showed.
The Changes We Made
Her routine consisted mostly of Round 9 boxing several days/week. She wasn't getting in enough steps each day, so her homework was to walk during her son's lacrosse practice. And we started tracking her calories and protein, making sustainable changes to her eating habit. She spends a large part of her work day in the car, so we made sure she had healthy snacks and a plan. I also added heavier weight lifting weekly. She really needed help with consistency and accountability.
If you follow me regularly you know that I emphasize a healthy diet with lots of protein and now when Julie talks to her friends who are struggling, she asks THEM how much they are eating. When they aren't eating enough she says, "Oh you just haven't gotten on the protein train yet." I love it, hahah.

Here is feedback from an email from Julie when she finished her program....
"One of the reasons that I reached out to you, what had me feeling the lowest, is that I was pushing into a size 12/Large. I had resigned that I would be a 10 forever, but when those got tight....ouch. Anyhoo I went shopping recently and well, I am COMFORTABLY a size 8. Not like, I'm almost there but sitting in the car unbuttoning my top button size 8, but like a jeans feel good size 8. It's really quite remarkable, it's like banging your head against the wall just to find out there's a door right there. The changes have been easy, I don't feel deprived of anything but more importantly EMPOWERING and SUSTAINABLE.
I appreciate the check ins and all your knowledge. I've been telling everyone about it but some just have to bang their heads for a little bit longer. "
