Recipe: Grilled fruit with yogurt dip


Grilling fruit makes it sweeter than raw and is a delish summer snack or dessert ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients

1 lb. fresh or frozen pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces, about 1/2 inch thick

1 lb. fresh or frozen peaches, cut into bite-sized pieces, about 1/2 inch thick

1/2 c. nonfat, unsweetened Greek yogurt

1 tbsp. OJ concentrate

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

4 wooden skewers

Directions

1. Spear pieces of fruit onto wooden skewers. Preheat grill to sear setting.

2. Grill fruit for about 4-5 minutes per side, until char marks appear and fruit is juicy

3. Meanwhile whisk together remaining ingredients to make the dip.

Serves 4
