Client Success Spotlight: Jodi J.

Jodi came to me as a referral from another member. She is a hard worker and I am so impressed at the strength gains she's made, particularly while rehabbing a shoulder injury. Jodi faithfully joins the early morning semi-private crew 3 days/week. I enjoy helping Jodi feel fitter and stronger so she can enjoy her other riding her horse skip!

What made you decide to begin a fitness program and why did you choose Driven Fitness?

I felt that I needed to join a workout program to keep in better and stronger shape after retirement. I chose Driven Fitness after my friend Teresa told me about it and I feel more comfortable in a smaller setting rather than a large gym. 

What does a typical workout week look like for you?

I work out for 30 minutes 3 times a week.

(A note from Coach Erica: She's also rides her horse regularly).

How do you fit it all in?

I am an early riser so an early morning session works out perfectly. 

How has your workout routine changed over time?

I have gradually increased in the amount of weight I am using and I feel stronger during my workouts.

(except for V-Ups, ha! ) 

What’s the biggest obstacle you’ve had to overcome?

Working and dealing with an old shoulder injury in which Erica has been a

huge help with. 

How do you manage to eat healthy?

Eating healthy for me works best when I prep meals otherwise it’s too easy to get off track. 

Who is your biggest supporter?

My husband Paul is my biggest supporter. 

#1 tip for someone struggling to find a way just getting started?

Starting is always a tough step but you just need to sign up, show up and keep
